Furniture  Most of our furniture items will fit into an average size car however we are happy to deliver furniture when requested. Delivery is free for purchases over £100 and within 10 miles of the Huus store where it has been purchased (distance based on Google). For deliveries under £100 in value and/or further than 10 miles we charge a delivery fee of £1/mile with a minimum of £5. Delivery distances over 30 miles will be agreed with the customer


Smaller items by post   Where possible, we will send smaller items by Royal Mail and will only charge you the actual costs based on 1st class registered post.



We want you to be happy with your purchase from Huus. We ask that you check your purchase carefully within 48 hours to make sure everything is present, as described, not damaged or otherwise faulty. If there is a problem, please contact us immediately so that we can deal with the problem efficiently and effectively. We may not be able to accept responsibility for shortages or damaged goods if we are not advised within 48 hours of purchase. We will completely refund the full price of your purchase if goods are faulty or damaged. Any other returns must be received by us in saleable condition with all manufacturer’s packaging, accessories and instructions complete and intact, otherwise this could affect your refund. The cost of returning any item is the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend that a “signed for” service is used for all returns by post or courier.

Out of stock We cannot always foresee if an item is out of stock even after we have checked the current stock level(s) with our supplier. Some items may be discontinued without notice. We cannot be held responsible in any way or form for these events. Paid or partially paid orders will be refunded in full as soon as we can however no interest or losses can be claimed.
